      Enjoy the summer by getting a head start on next winter!  Save money now by joining in either our Budget Plan or Pre-Payment Plan.  Details for each plan are below . . .

 

      With the Budget Plan option . . .

·         2003-2004 heating season price cap for #2 fuel oil - $1.499 per gallon; dyed kerosene - $1.599 per gallon (plus applicable tax).  Price charged will always be the lesser of either the price cap or current market price.  No other discounts apply with this offer.  Customer must have an approved credit application on file.

·         Our budget season begins June 1.  Monthly budget payment must be received by the 20th of each month, regardless of credit or debit balance.  If more than one payment is missed, the customer will be removed from the Budget Plan and will not be able to re-enroll until the following year.  Finance charges will accrue on past due budget payments.

·         Budget customers must agree to be put on AUTOMATIC delivery until the end of the 2003-2004 heating season.

·         Only heating fuel purchases apply to the Budget Plan.  Service or miscellaneous charges are billed separately and due in 30 days.

·         Balances due for heating fuel at the end of the Budget Season, April 30, 2004, become due and payable by May 30, 2004.  After that date, finance charges will be assessed.

·         Any customer already participating in the Budget Program will continue to do so, unless otherwise directed, under the same terms as above.

·         DEADLINE TO SIGN UP FOR THE BUDGET PLAN IS MAY 30, 2003.

With our Pre-Payment Option . . .

·         Pre-purchase heating fuel for the 2003-2004 season, 500 gallon minimum purchase.  (See pricing chart on reverse for actual costs.)  PRE-PURCHASED GALLONS ARE LOCKED AND DELIVERED AT THE PRE-PURCHASED PRICE UNTIL PRE-PURCHASED GALLONS ARE EXHAUSTED, OR UNTIL JUNE 30, 2004 (WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST), REGARDLESS OF CURRENT MARKET PRICE.

·         #2 fuel at $1.399/gallon; dyed kerosene at $1.499/gallon (plus $.0485/gallon tax)

·         Current account balance must be PAID IN FULL to participate in this offer.  No other discounts apply.

·         Customer agrees to be put on AUTOMATIC delivery for length of the 2003-2004 heating season. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

·         Delivery of product at pre-purchased price will expire on June 30, 2004.  The dollar amount representing any undelivered pre-purchased fuel as of this date will be applied as a credit to the account, or refunded, as requested.

·        ORDERS, WITH PAYMENT IN FULL, MUST BE POSTMARKED BY 6-30-03.  WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THIS OFFER AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
